How to Order & Terms and Conditions

How to Order

We are not yet able to receive your order on-line.  Please telephone, fax or email us (see Contact Us page) with details of the items you are interested in. We do not hold stock of all items so delivery may take up to 4 weeks. On receipt of your order we will:
  1. Contact you to confirm selection and advise availability of stock and delivery time;
  2. If you’re happy to proceed, we confirm your order and take your payment (credit card over the phone or direct credit).
    • If stock is available payment in full will be required.  We confirm delivery details and ship within 24 hours.
    • If stock is not immediately available we require a 50% deposit to confirm your order.  When your order is ready to ship we will contact you to arrange payment of the balance, confirm delivery details and then ship within 24 hours.

Delivery

Within Australia we charge $15.00 for postage.  We ship via Australia Post Platinum Express Post.  This service must be to a home or business address and requires a signature on delivery.  We will advise you of the expected delivery date when shipped.

Returns / Cancellation Policy

Items deemed faulty should be returned within 7 days of receipt of order for repair.  

We do not issue refunds or exchanges (unless due to faulty workmanship).  

After confirmation of your order, and if we have not yet shipped your order, you have three (3) days to cancel or vary your order. 

When the order is ready for shipping you have 14 days from the day that we contact you to make full payment. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to stock and the forfeiture of your deposit. 

Plating & Colours

Unless specified items delivered will be per our sample. Our designers generally use rhodium as it is non-tarnishing and non-reactive. Standard pearls are white or ivory, and standard crystals are either clear or AB.  Further variations are not available at this time.

Repairs

We are happy to arrange repairs free of charge provided the item is returned within 6 months of the purchase date and deemed a manufacturing fault.  A small fee will apply along with postage fees for items returned outside this period or not deemed a manufacturing fault.
